With a background spanning academia, applied research, and entrepreneurship, he applies a systems-thinking lens to tackle some of the world’s most pressing environmental and social challenges. Guided by a commitment to clarity over complexity, he bridges science and strategy to make impact visible, investable, and transformative.

Stella van den Berg is a sustainability and innovation strategist with more than 15 years of experience helping organizations turn ambition into measurable impact. With a background in Industrial Design Engineering and experience across corporate and non profit sectors, she understands how strategy, design, and innovation come together to create value for people, planet, and performance. Through her expertise in impact strategy, product and service innovation, and sustainability storytelling, she translates complex challenges into tangible outcomes that drive lasting change.
Monty Simus

Montgomery (Monty) Simus is an experienced global leader with a background in climate finance, policy, and institutional engagement with governments, international organizations, development banks, and NGOs. He has led transformative efforts to build innovative financial partnerships spanning both private and public sectors, activate citizen engagement, and implement data-driven policies that address environmental challenges on a global scale. His work includes coordinating representation at UN and other high-level climate compacts, bringing together diverse stakeholders to advance practical, collaborative solutions for a sustainable future.
